I wish I had this tool when researching my project based on children’s drawings. I devised a number system, but the daunting number of pictures was sometimes overwhelming. I wasn’t overly successful in the lab. I needed to be quiet and study the tool on my own. I took good notes, and when I was home, I uploaded all the pictures I currently have related to my children’s drawing project. I could describe each picture much more clearly than using my number system. This is great because I don’t plan to use these images very soon. But I like having them ready for when I am. Tropy is a tool that is an archivist’s dream or, in my case, an excellent place to store primary sources found in a system that keeps the information tidy and in order till they are needed.
